Santa Fe Park Trails
Santa Fe Park in East Plano is part of the city wide park system and connects to the trails located at Bob Woodruff Park in Plano. This section is about 1.8 mile long and begins by Springcreek Parkway and ends by Avenue P. There are two drinking fountains and large trees located along the trail. In addition, the park also has benches, 4 grills and picnic tables and a partially covered playground.

Christmas Light Displays in Plano
I went last year with my husband and daughter and it was incredible. For us, we found it crowded but the festive atmosphere and breathtaking light displays make the trip well worth it. For a fee, you can rent a horse drawn carriage ride through DFW Carriages.com or rent a Segway to tour the community.
Deerfield is located in Northwest Plano between Preston Road and Coit Road. Enter from Legacy on Colonnade and Archgate, noting one-way and restricted-turn signs along Old Pond Drive and Hallmark Drive.
Christmas Light Displays in Frisco
Christmas in the Square, located at Main Street and Coleman Blvd in Frisco, is a computerized light show featuring more than 175,000 lights, 11.5 miles of wires and 8 miles of extension cords that is choreographed to holiday music. Frisco in the Square is one the largest Christmas Light Display in North Texas. Visitors can drive, stroll or rent a horse drawn carriage ride through the shops, restaurants and amazing holiday display around the square.
A snow machines will be making snow on the sidewalks of Frisco Square every Friday andSaturday. Boy Scout Troop 51 will be operating the Fresh Cut Christmas Tree Lot that will feature Fraser Firs, Douglas Firs and Scotch Pinesagain for the 2015 season. Next to the Christmas Tree Lot there will be a petting zoo and adults and kids can take a pony ride for only $5.
Other events include a Parachuting Santa, an Outdoor Ice Rink, a Snow Slide and a trackless train ride.

The Grove at The Village at Allen features over 100,000 interactive sparking dancing LED lights and holiday music Take a photo with “The Big Guy” Santa. Celebration of Lights at Watters Crossing
A 30 foot Christmas tree is the centerpiece of the 145,000 glittering light display. In addition, there are 20 other trees and Santa’s sleigh and reindeer. Synchronized lights twinkle to holiday music every evening through New Year’s Day. Take a horse drawn carriage rides from 6-9 pm on first come basis everyday except for Sundays.
