Watters Crossing Allen is a beautiful well designed master planned community of over 700 homes. Furthermore, it is one of the first master planned communities built on the West side of Central Expressway during the mid 1990s.

Watters Crossing Allen has numerous neighborhood amenities such as hiking and biking trails, playgrounds, and two community pools. In addition, residents have full access to a fishing pond, a club house and tennis courts. The clubhouse and pool is available to residents to rent for birthday parties and other social events. It seems like this a very active social community because the HOA holds multiple community events throughout the year. These event include Easter Egg Hunts, various parties, Community Yard Sales, Holiday Socials, and a Neighborhood Watch Program.
Moreover, the community has little extras such a “doggie stations” for pet waste throughout the community.
The HOA dues are mandatory and are $575 per year.
The children in Watters Crossing attend Norton Elementary, Ereckson Middle School, Lowry Freshman Center and Allen High School. All of these schools are part of the highly acclaimed Allen Independent School System.
